About the Role: Operations Executive, Amazon Now

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Executive for Amazon Now in Jeddah. This full-time role is part of a newly formed organization focused on designing and launching new business models across AMET, specifically within Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations. The successful candidate will contribute to redefining fast delivery services and managing 3P Store Operations.

Role Context and Objectives

This position involves joining a team dedicated to building and running new services for customers. The Operations Executive will ensure the consistent and fair implementation of Amazon policies, including attendance tracking. Key objectives include motivating, coaching, reporting on, and providing feedback on associate performance, covering productivity, quality, and safety standards, to meet or exceed Amazon's operational expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end last-mile operations for one large site or a combination of smaller sites, overseeing last-mile dispatch operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and cost targets, and upholding team safety and morale.
• Drive performance management for team members and Delivery Service Partner (DSP) partners.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for Delivery Associates (DAs).
• Collaborate closely with DSPs to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance enhancement.
• Conduct daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 1-3 year in a relevant operations role.
• A strong record of achieving results in an operational environment.
• Ability to manage and supervise last-mile dispatch operations effectively.
• Proficiency in implementing and administering company policies.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations team. The role involves working in a dynamic environment focused on fast delivery services and requires interaction with both internal teams and third-party partners.
