Procurement & Project Monitoring Engineer

About the Role

شهلاء العالمية is seeking a Procurement & Project Monitoring Engineer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing procurement activities and monitoring project progress, contributing to operational efficiency and reporting improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local and international procurement for company projects, from quotation requests to tracking supply and delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and manufacturers; analyze and compare technical and commercial offers; and negotiate optimal terms and prices.
• Prepare procurement reports and follow up on requests, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Contribute to preparing and updating project schedules, and track progress and delays.
• Develop and maintain project and procurement dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to applying AI and automation solutions to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and reporting.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement and project monitoring.
