The Opportunity: Production Analyst GF

MBRF is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Analyst GF to join its full-time team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires 5 to 10 years of relevant experience and is central to maintaining operational excellence and cost efficiency within our production environment.

Core Responsibilities: Cost Control and Analysis

• Control daily direct product costs and ensure compliance with target costs.
• Implement necessary control charts to assure effective management of direct product costs.
• Provide detailed analysis of yield and losses, including each production line's impact on overall results.
• Ensure that bills of materials (BOMs) are in accordance with established processes.
• Analyze BOM deviation results and provide support for corrective actions.
• Verify and assure the accuracy of inventory stocks.
• Prepare anomaly reports for abnormal losses.
• Ensure the proper cost rating per line and the correct UEP index.

Operational Performance and Improvement

• Assist the R&D team in implementing new processes and products within the production line.
• Analyze production performance, then propose and implement projects to increase productivity.
• Control the productivity of production lines and propose projects for enhancement.
• Define the capacities of production lines.
• Implement improvements aimed at reducing production stoppages.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote compliance with the Company's global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments, connecting actions to sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Qualifications and Experience

• A graduate degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or any related areas.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a production analysis, cost control, or similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
