About the Role

Work Gateway is seeking a Project Manager of Saudi nationality to oversee large-scale civil projects. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering projects in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale civil projects from initiation through to handover.
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities.
• Monitor project performance, identify and manage risks, track variations, and conduct reporting activities.
• Drive site progress while ensuring adherence to cost and schedule targets.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across both construction and technical functions.
• Ensure successful project delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10+ years of construction experience is required.
• Excellent knowledge of project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and various reporting systems.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with project responsibilities spanning across Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves managing large-scale civil projects within a dynamic construction environment.
