Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Smart Infrastructure projects in accordance with customer requirements and Siemens standards.
• Assist in the review of RFQs, tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project requirements and submission deliverables.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for proposals.
• Prepare cost estimation sheets, bid documentation, compliance matrices, and proposal presentations under the guidance of senior proposal engineers.
• Maintain proposal records, support bid submission activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.
