Role Overview: PS Senior Project Manager

NCR Atleos is seeking an experienced PS Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives within the Capital portfolio. This full-time role is dedicated to a major financial institution in Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah. The position is critical for driving high-impact projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within a complex financial services environment, primarily through an outsourcing engagement.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects.
• Ensure project alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication among all project participants.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and quality standards.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated strong project leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and coordinating across diverse teams, including business, technology, and external vendors.
• Experience in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Familiarity with project governance and delivery standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting a key financial institution in the region. The role operates within a dynamic and complex financial services environment.
