About MBRF and the Role

MBRF is a global food company dedicated to nourishing lives through quality and innovation. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector I GF to join our team in Makkah, with operations also in Jeddah. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to quality assurance processes within a large-scale food production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, ingredients, and packaging before production issuance, verifying against established programs.
Monitor and update pest control records, and manage the pest control service supplier.
Collect various samples including raw materials, ingredients, packaging, air, water, and swabbing for internal lab analysis.
Verify the effectiveness of cleaning procedures for production lines.
Ensure adherence to quality procedures through process verification, visual observation, and other methods.
Provide technical guidance to production staff on Critical Control Points (CCPs), covering their identification, location, control methods, timing, and rationale.
Review records to confirm that corrective actions align with the quality program.
Facilitate the implementation of quality programs and propose necessary adjustments.
Advise on corrective actions when deviations are identified in the production process.
Verify monitoring and fill verification records according to the planned schedule.
Report non-conformities and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Support the implementation of the Food Safety & Quality Management system.
Analyze Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all site chemicals to ensure suitability.
Liaise with external service providers such as pest control, cleaning, and laundry services.
Assist external service providers in collecting lab samples on site.
Conduct Quality Routes and other system-required checks.
Deliver Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training (refresher, induction) to employees, contractors, service providers, and visitors, along with other technical trainings.
Provide field-specific training, as needed (*, Allergens, CCP).
Maintain supplier approval documentation and other system-required records.
Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and contribute to the BRF Sustainability Plan by ensuring adherence to indicators and global ESG commitments.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
Ability to understand and implement quality assurance procedures.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Effective communication skills for technical guidance and reporting.
