The Sales Associate Role in Jeddah

Richemont is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to a High Jewelry Maison known for its strong heritage and exceptional know-how.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Sales Associate will contribute to managing a sales channel, which may include direct, online, or retail sales. This role supports the development and implementation of channel sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Key activities involve identifying new business opportunities, assisting in setting sales targets, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met. The position also involves supporting relationships with channel partners, contract negotiations, and providing training and support to ensure effective product and service sales.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement relationship management plans for potential customer accounts, building connections with decision-makers and influencers to facilitate information flow and issue resolution.
• Set clear objectives for sales calls, deliver tailored presentations addressing customer interests and needs, gather and analyze relevant information, and secure agreement on customer requirements.
• Cultivate a professional network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to gather market intelligence and enhance visibility.
• Configure complex product and service solutions and associated contractual terms that meet customer needs, incorporating input from internal specialists. Present solutions and negotiate agreements within commercial parameters, or review and authorize sales proposals from team members.
• Manage and deliver pricing and terms projects, including negotiations with external strategic partners.
• Control specific segments of the organization's business performance metrics, ensuring strategic alignment with financial goals.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements, planning and supervising activities related to major contracts.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system within the area of responsibility, identifying opportunities for system improvement.
• Implement and control compliance management for specific segments of the organization's external partners.
• Develop product education courses to meet identified needs, improving performance and meeting business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team, maintaining external accreditations and an in-depth understanding of current and emerging regulations and industry best practices.
• Ensure all activities and responsibilities are conducted in accordance with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines.
