Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Fitness Prime SA is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for providing essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations from initial customer contact through to order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications and inquiries.
• Prepare quotations for clients.
• Update and maintain sales reports.
• Coordinate order processing from initial customer contact to final delivery.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Track project timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure accurate documentation within the CRM and other sales systems.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to coordinate equipment availability, installation schedules, and billing.
• Assist with basic sales analysis.
• Maintain and update price lists.
• Prepare presentations and proposals to support sales efforts.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jeddah, Makkah. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with various internal departments to ensure efficient sales support and coordination.
