About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role involves maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques while maintaining guest loyalty, processing reservations, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate departments (*, Sales, Data Administration, Accounting).
Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue, including up-selling, while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott.
Determine and provide complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (*, rewards points, show tickets, gift certificates).
Promote brand image awareness both internally and externally.
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points and enter Marriott Rewards information during guest reservations.
Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
Monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Read and visually verify information in various formats.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or *** equivalent.
At least 2 to 5 years of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
