About the Role

NHC is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist Outsource to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Sales Specialist is responsible for executing private sales activities and cultivating strong client relationships. This role is central to driving revenue through effective client engagement, diligent opportunity management, and disciplined sales execution, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute private sales activities to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify, follow up on, and convert sales opportunities into successful deals.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and close high-value sales transactions.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Utilize CRM systems for effective tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
  • Comply with all company sales policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. While not mandatory, experience in the real estate sector is preferred. Professional certifications in sales, negotiation, or real estate will be considered a significant advantage.
