About the Sales Support Role at Abdul Latif Jameel

Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking a Sales Support professional to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time role is essential for facilitating customer service and ensuring efficient coordination across various departments to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in sales activities, including communication with relevant stakeholders, to provide comprehensive customer service support.
Communicate effectively with all Supply Chain functions to ensure customer expectations are met.
Coordinate frequently with the Call Centre to facilitate customer requirements and inquiries.
Ensure proper and timely communication among stakeholders to resolve customer needs efficiently.
Prepare and submit timely reports to management as required.
Monitor and measure all Supply Chain processes to achieve maximum operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Manage and improve the Kaizen backload process.
Coordinate with the Parts Distribution Center (PDC) regarding Parts Delivery Request (PDR) submissions.
Liaise with logistic vendors to expedite order delivery to customers, whether through home delivery or center collection.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales support or similar role.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in customer service and supply chain coordination.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah cities. The role involves working within a dynamic environment that requires strong communication and coordination skills.
