Senior Analyst

About the Role

DP World is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position involves critical analysis and reporting functions to support various business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify trends, potential risks, variances, and root causes, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Monitor HR analytics, including workforce metrics, Saudization/NITAQAT compliance, headcount, and employee turnover.
• Support budgeting processes, financial analysis, forecasting activities, and cost monitoring initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, track milestones, identify and manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Develop clear and professional PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations for various management levels.
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and enhancing data accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely insights that support informed decision-making.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in analytical roles, demonstrating a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
