The Role of Senior Registrar, Internal Medicine

Amer Medical Complex is seeking a qualified Senior Registrar – Internal Medicine to join its medical team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position within a multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare setting. The Senior Registrar will be responsible for providing comprehensive internal medicine services, assessing and managing patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting outpatient consultations for internal medicine patients.
• Managing complex medical cases and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribing appropriate medications and interpreting diagnostic investigations.
• Monitoring treatment outcomes and adjusting care as necessary.
• Coordinating referrals to other medical specialties when required.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and Saudi healthcare regulations.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Supporting the delivery of safe and effective patient care within the complex.

Qualifications and Experience

• A medical degree and relevant specialization in Internal Medicine.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Registrar or equivalent in Internal Medicine.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.

Work Environment
