Alesayi Electronics (العيسائي للإلكترونيات) is seeking a dedicated Showroom Salesman to join its team in either Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to contribute to a dynamic retail environment and support customer engagement in the electronics sector.

Role Purpose and Key Objectives

The Showroom Salesman plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales. This involves actively assisting customers, providing comprehensive product knowledge, and ensuring the showroom operates efficiently through organized displays and effective stock management. The primary objective is to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed set sales goals by providing excellent customer service.
• Provide exceptional service to showroom customers, assisting with product selection, answering inquiries, and offering detailed product knowledge.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom, ensuring products are displayed neatly, are accessible, and are correctly priced and labeled according to company standards.
• Regularly check stock levels and rearrange products as necessary to optimize the showroom layout.
• Actively engage with customers who have made inquiries or purchases, following up to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage repeat business.
• Accurately compile and submit daily reports on sales, customer interactions, stock updates, and other relevant showroom activities.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and issue invoices.
• Deliver sales invoices and transaction receipts to the showroom supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a high school degree.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
