About the Role at Jazeera Paints

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales objectives, and maintaining an organized and efficient showroom environment. The role involves direct customer interaction, sales support, and operational duties to uphold our service standards.

Customer Engagement and Sales Process

• Provide excellent reception and a high level of service to customers, addressing their needs before and after sales.
• Guide customers through the showroom, introduce company products, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with color and product coordination.
• Ensure accurate invoice issuance and proper delivery of goods.
• Achieve sales targets as defined by the sales plan.
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution, and report them to the direct manager.

Showroom Operations and Inventory Management

• Maintain the showroom in an organized and clean state at all times, ensuring all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
• Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Secure a good stock of all items, particularly fast-moving ones, by applying the policy to order from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels for each item.
• Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to avoid dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.

Reporting and Operational Compliance

• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhere to the daily deposit of sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and enhance value.
• Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain order and discipline within the showroom.
• Implement all company policies and instructions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
