About the Role

Alesayi Electronics (العيسائي للإلكترونيات) is looking to hire a Showroom Salesman to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment.

Role Overview

The Showroom Salesman plays a central role in the customer experience, responsible for assisting clients, providing comprehensive product knowledge, and actively driving sales within the showroom. This position also involves maintaining an organized and visually appealing space, managing stock levels, and accurately processing customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed set sales goals and targets through excellent customer service.
• Deliver exceptional service to showroom customers by assisting with product selection, answering inquiries, and offering detailed product knowledge to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom by ensuring products are displayed neatly, are accessible, and are correctly priced and labeled according to company standards. Regularly check stock levels and re-arrange products as necessary.
• Engage proactively with customers who have made inquiries or purchases in the past, following up to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage repeat business.
• Compile and submit accurate daily reports on sales, customer interactions, stock updates, and other relevant showroom activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations, shared responsibility for meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system to issue accurate invoices for customers, ensuring timely and error-free transactions.
• Deliver sales invoices and transaction receipts to the showroom supervisor.
• Uphold a professional appearance by wearing the designated uniform, maintaining personal grooming, and ensuring the showroom is presented neatly and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a high school degree.
• 0-1 years of experience in a sales or customer service role is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a retail showroom setting.
