About the Role

sohoby is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to enhance its social media presence through engaging short-form video content. This full-time, on-site position in Jeddah focuses on the creation and publication of Reels and other video content, capturing various aspects of the company's activities. The role requires a proactive individual with 0-1 years of experience who is aware of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot, create, and publish engaging Reels and short-form videos across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Maintain a daily content pipeline of approximately 8–10 Reels, ensuring consistent quality.
Capture content featuring the CEO, client testimonials, meetings, office activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Develop creative content ideas based on business topics, current trends, and audience interests.
Manage daily social media posting and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Utilize relevant AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, and social media growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in social media content creation.
Strong practical ability to shoot and create Reels using a mobile phone or camera.
Good understanding of framing, angles, lighting, audio, and video quality.
Strong awareness of current social media trends and short-form content formats.
