Store Keeper

About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a Store Keeper to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in store operations. The role involves managing inventory and ensuring efficient supply chain processes within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying them against purchase orders and invoices.
• Properly store various items including food, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels consistently.
• Track stock movement, expiry dates, and product quality to prevent discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any identified discrepancies.
• Issue items to relevant departments based on approved requests.
• Adhere to FIFO/FEFO (First-In, First-Out / First-Expiry, First-Out) procedures and ensure optimal storage conditions.
• Coordinate effectively with purchasing, kitchen, and restaurant teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports as required for operational oversight.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a store keeping or inventory management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stock, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in daily store operations and coordination with various internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
