IBIS is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and is part of the Tamayyaz program, offering an entry point into the hospitality industry. The role involves direct guest interaction and contributes to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process guest accounts and handle payments accurately.
• Proactively seek opportunities to personalize the guest experience.
• Promote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities to enhance guest stays through up-selling.
