About the Tamheer Internship

Bupa Arabia is seeking a dedicated individual for a Tamheer - Health Coordination Analytics internship. This role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their skills in a professional healthcare environment. The internship focuses on operational analytics, data coordination, and system support to enhance healthcare service delivery.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Health Coordination Analytics intern will contribute to improving healthcare service delivery through data-driven insights and efficient coordination. This involves supporting key functions related to data collection, performance tracking, and system integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and operational effectiveness within Bupa Arabia's healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Analytics & Insights

Collect data, track performance, and generate operational insights to support decision-making.
Coordinate patient flow data, analyze utilization trends, and assess service impact.
Validate operational data, align workflows, and ensure the accuracy of reports.
Track service utilization and conduct turnaround time analysis for various processes.
Prepare performance reports, provide insights, escalate trends, and monitor improvement initiatives.
Support reporting systems, maintain data integrity, and assist with dashboard management.
Monitor operational readiness indicators and report on their impact.
Align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), update dashboards, and ensure performance visibility across relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities: Data Coordination & System Support

Coordinate the collection of operational and patient experience data from clinic teams and various systems.
Validate data completeness and accuracy across systems, including HIS, QMS, appointment, and escalation tools.
Support the preparation and distribution of routine operational and performance reports.
Maintain structured data logs related to patient flow, waiting times, cancellations, and escalations.
Support system utilization compliance by ensuring correct data entry and adherence to basic reporting practices.
Act as a focal point for data-related queries between clinic operations and Command Center / MIS teams.
Support documentation, version control, and standardization of reporting templates and trackers.
Assist in tracking action items and improvement initiatives linked to performance insights.

Qualifications and Experience

This Tamheer internship is open to candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience, providing an opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers to gain practical experience in health coordination analytics.
