********* is seeking a full-time Telesales Agent to join its Sales Department in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to the company's outreach efforts, focusing on introducing SmartBase's diverse portfolio of services and products to potential clients across the region.

Role Overview

The Telesales Agent will primarily engage with prospective clients through outbound calls. The core objective is to present SmartBase's offerings, which include Odoo systems, software development, cybersecurity solutions, cloud hosting, and infrastructure management. A key responsibility involves clearly articulating the benefits of Odoo ERP and tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs, ultimately converting leads into qualified opportunities or closed deals.

Core Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce SmartBase's services and products.
• Clearly present the benefits of Odoo ERP and tailor solutions to fit client requirements.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into qualified opportunities or closed deals.
• Utilize Odoo CRM to log all calls, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activity, call performance, and campaign success.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably within IT or ERP-related services.
• Solid understanding of ERP solutions, especially Odoo.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Odoo CRM is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Fluency in Arabic is required, alongside good communication skills in English.
