About the Territory Manager in Training (Tamheer) Role

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Manager in Training (Tamheer) to join its sales team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eligible for the Tamheer program. The role focuses on developing sales and service capabilities within the foodservice and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the growth of sales within an existing territory of foodservice and hospitality accounts by providing customer training, regular and emergency service, and product demonstrations.
• Assist in prospecting activities, including cold calling and securing new customer accounts, to build Ecolab’s brand presence in the market.
• Learn customer warewashing systems and develop tailored solutions, serving as a resource on advanced cleaning and sanitation programs.
• Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment, applying mechanical aptitude to strengthen customer relationships.
• Contribute to safe equipment operation by helping ensure customer facilities remain fully operational and their teams are properly trained.

• Eligibility for the Tamheer program is required.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
