About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is recruiting a Trade Marketing Coordinator for a leading Medical Device company. This position is based in the company's Jeddah office, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. This is a 1-year contract position.

Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating trade marketing activities across various retail and customer channels. This role involves supporting in-store campaigns, managing marketing materials, and ensuring brand visibility initiatives are executed effectively. The coordinator will also play a key role in managing budgets and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade marketing activities across retail and customer channels.
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate Point of Sale (POS) materials, including allocations and logistics.
• Manage marketing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.
• Coordinate with retailers, vendors, and internal teams on campaign execution.
• Support e-commerce campaigns and the development of marketing materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on trade marketing activities.
• Support the planning and execution of new initiatives and projects.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or a similar field, preferably within the medical device industry.

Location and Work Type

This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. It is offered as a contract position for a duration of one year.
