We are currently looking for a Truck & Bus Denter to join our full-time team in Jeddah. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and appearance of our vehicle fleet through expert bodywork repairs.

Role Summary: Truck & Bus Denter

The Truck & Bus Denter is responsible for restoring vehicle bodies damaged by collisions, which includes repairing and replacing affected parts. This position also involves performing necessary modifications to chassis and body structures as directed by superiors. A key aspect of the role is ensuring all repair work adheres to established security and safety protocols, alongside preparing all required materials before commencing repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and perform vehicle body denting work, including repairing damaged metal bodywork.
• Replace damaged vehicle panels as required.
• Utilize workshop manuals to remove damaged panels, parts, upholstery, and accessories to access repair areas.
• Straighten damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment, following workshop manual guidelines.
• Inform the workshop supervisor of any additional vehicle repairs identified.
• Notify the team leader and supervisor about any difficulties encountered due to spare parts or tools unavailability.
• Report any repair delays to the supervisor if the estimated completion time cannot be met.
• Ensure all repair works are completed according to the job card and do not introduce new issues.
• Inform the team leader and supervisor of any additional repair or replacement needs requiring customer or insurance company approval.
• Work within specified time standards according to the workshop system, utilizing clock-in and clock-out procedures to meet standard operating times.
• Document all repairs on the job card upon completion and hand it over to the Workshop Controller for task entry before final costing.
• Maintain the highest quality standards in all repair work, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
• Demonstrate initiative and supportive behavior towards colleagues at all times.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Service Centre work area.

Qualifications and Experience

• An Institute Diploma in the relevant field is required.
• Candidates must have 2-5 years of proven experience as a Denter, specifically with trucks and buses.
