The Waiter Role

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing food and beverage services to guests within Plaza Premium Group's airport lounges in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves ensuring the high quality, presentation, and safety of all food and beverage items, while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-prepared working environment to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

Deliver courteous and professional customer service to all guests.
Serve food and beverage items in accordance with established service standards and procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage service areas.
Refill hot and cold food items on buffet counters as required.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation consistently.
Ensure hot and cold food lines are clean and properly stocked with appropriate serving utensils.
Comply with all applicable hygiene, food safety, and health regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Support the service team during peak operational periods when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

A high school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience (0-1 years) in hotel, catering, or food & beverage service is an advantage.
Presentable, outgoing, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of spoken English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to work shift duties as operational needs dictate.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based at airport locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires working in a dynamic airport environment and involves shift duties to support continuous operations.
