About the Regional QSHE Coordinator Role

Almarai, the world's largest vertically integrated dairy company and the region's largest food and beverage manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator. Headquartered in Saudi Arabia, Almarai is a leading FMCG brand in the MENA region with a significant market presence across the GCC. This role is based in Hail and is a full-time position. The company employs over 46,000 individuals and serves approximately 110,000 retail outlets.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the company's Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems operate in full compliance with world-class standards. This will be achieved through the effective utilization of the latest QSHE management techniques and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems.
• Implement and utilize modern QSHE management techniques and technologies.
• Align QSHE practices with international standards.
• Support the company's ongoing growth and expansion initiatives through robust QSHE practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related Science field from a recognized university.
• Diploma in Quality Management.
• Relevant qualifications in ISO management systems (QMS / FSMS / EMS / OHSMS).
• Qualification as an internal auditor.
• IOSH Working Safely training certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance experience within the food industry.
• Experience level required is between 2-5 years.
