The Opportunity: QA Technician

Almarai is seeking a QA Technician to join the team in Hail. This full-time role involves coordinating quality-related aspects within Poultry Operations, under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM (Poultry), to support the Quality team in effectively managing all quality functions within the plant. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Quality aspects within Poultry Operations.
• Assist the Quality team in the plant with effective management of all Quality functions.
• Conduct Quality awareness programs independently.
• Support systems and audits related to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with a multinational workforce regarding quality matters.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Services or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant, preferably poultry.
• Familiarity with best practice Quality standards, such as those outlined by APD and ISO 22000:2005.
• Experience at a supervisory level.
• Good working knowledge of Quality standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
