About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to join the team in Hail. This full-time role involves leading the Outbound Hail Warehouse team, ensuring all finished goods orders are picked and dispatched on time according to standard operating procedures. The supervisor will also ensure efficient and effective execution of all shift receipts and dispatch activities, and provide cover for the Team Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all activities.
Maximize warehouse space and facility utilization while maintaining adequate stock levels of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movement, or logistics.
Experience in an FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or high-volume distribution environment is preferred.
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory, team leader, or similar operational role.

Skills and Knowledge

Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and stock accuracy controls.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or other inventory management software.
Good understanding of health, safety, and quality standards within a warehouse environment.
Ability to lead teams, prioritize workloads, and achieve operational targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
