About the Role

ALQEMAM is seeking a Risk Analysis & Business Continuity Specialist to join our team in Hail. This full-time position focuses on identifying, assessing, and analyzing business and operational risks, while also developing and maintaining robust business continuity frameworks. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining risk registers and mitigation plans, conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and creating Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). This position also supports disaster recovery and crisis management activities, ensuring organizational resilience and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and analyze business and operational risks across the organization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers and corresponding mitigation plans.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to understand critical functions and recovery time objectives.
• Develop and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) to ensure operational resilience.
• Support disaster recovery and crisis management activities, including planning and response.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions and prepare periodic reports on risk status and continuity efforts.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of business continuity and organizational resilience strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in risk analysis, business continuity, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing risk registers, mitigation plans, BIAs, and BCPs.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and assessing various types of risks.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
