Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Hafar Al Batin. This full-time position focuses on providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an organized showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide high-level service both before and after sales.
• Guide customers through product selection, assist with color and product coordination, calculate quantities, and finalize orders, ensuring proper invoicing and delivery.
• Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness, ensuring marketing materials like brochures and catalogs are readily available.
• Achieve established sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Fulfill management goals and implement required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the e-commerce platform, considering item availability and stock levels.
• Ensure adequate stock of all items, particularly fast-moving products, by adhering to ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels) and the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Arrange goods in warehouses according to policy guidelines to ensure accurate stock records and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required and deposit daily cash sales into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitor activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, challenges, and failures to the direct manager.
• Propose ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our showroom in Hafar Al Batin, Saudi Arabia, requiring coordination with various team members including assistants, workers, and drivers.
