Batch Roastery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to supporting our organizational growth and maintaining a robust human resources framework within our operations across Saudi Arabia, including cities like Hafar Al Batin, Jeddah, and Makkah.

The Opportunity: Human Resource Specialist

As a Human Resource Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and executing various HR functions, contributing to the overall employee experience and operational efficiency. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to effectively support our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Administer HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position. The primary work location will be in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be prepared to work physically at our Jeddah facility and reside within a practical commuting distance to either Jeddah or Makkah to ensure consistent presence and engagement.
