Thouraya Salon is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for establishing a strong, well-organized workplace as the salon continues its growth. The position is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah Region.

The Human Resources Officer Role

As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle for our salon staff. This includes overseeing processes from recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination and daily HR operations. A key aspect of this role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and professional work culture within the salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for salon staff, including stylists, beauticians, front desk personnel, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and all necessary documentation in compliance with Saudi labor law.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management for all employees.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and performance management.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and internal procedures to ensure operational consistency.
• Support training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing staff capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR role, ideally within retail, hospitality, or a service-based business.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi labor law and GOSI/Qiwa requirements.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based at Thouraya Salon in Jeddah, within the Makkah Region. The role requires a presence at the salon to effectively manage HR operations and support staff.
