Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation across all grade levels.
- Conduct classroom observations, providing constructive feedback to educators.
- Facilitate professional development workshops for teaching staff.
- Monitor student performance through data analysis and assessments.
- Collaborate with teachers to create individualized education plans for students with special needs.
- Engage with parents and the community to align educational goals.
- Assist in the recruitment and evaluation of teaching staff.
- Stay updated on educational trends and integrate innovative practices.
- Prepare reports on academic performance for strategic planning.
Ideal Candidate:
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate student performance data.
- Passion for mentoring and developing educators.
- Adaptable and culturally aware to promote a supportive environment.
