About Jazeera Paints

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Call Center Agent to join their team in Khamis Mushayt. This is a full-time position focused on managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction across various communication channels.

Role Overview

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through multiple platforms. This role requires maintaining accurate customer records and collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues, contributing directly to customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer interactions across Jazeera Paints Customer Care Channels, including Call Centre, WhatsApp, Zendesk, social media, SAP, and CRM.
Record and update customer databases with communication details.
Review and effectively address all incoming emails to the Customer Care Department.
Log and follow up on customer complaints with relevant company departments until resolution.
Conduct "Happy Calls" to customers post-resolution to confirm satisfaction.
Provide information to customers regarding products, new campaigns, and offers.
Direct project customers to the appropriate projects manager in various regions.
Refer showroom customers to the respective showrooms in all regions.
Monitor customer home visit services across all regions.
Execute all assigned tasks in accordance with safety and environmental protocols.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
