About the Role

Ninja, a fast-growing food delivery platform, is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time position is central to our growth strategy, focusing on expanding our network of restaurant partners and optimizing their success on our platform.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales by actively acquiring new restaurant partners and providing ongoing support to existing ones to maximize their performance. This dynamic role requires a blend of field and office work, with a strong emphasis on building robust relationships, contributing to revenue growth, and ensuring high partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential restaurant partners to expand the platform's reach.
• Present and promote Ninja's platform and services effectively to prospective partners.
• Negotiate and successfully close sales deals with new restaurant partners.
• Provide support to existing restaurant partners to help them increase their sales volume.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with all partners.
• Achieve established monthly sales targets consistently.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes for partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 0-1 year of sales experience; previous sales experience is considered an advantage.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A practical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both in the field and within an office environment.
