Role Summary: Receptionist (Seafood)

Almarai is seeking a Receptionist for its Seafood division. This full-time role is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Rabigh or Makkah, and involves managing communication channels and administrative support within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls.
• Communicate messages and calls to the respective departments.
• Maintain an accurate log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inform the Shift Manager of all issues pertinent to the department.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or High School qualification.
• Minimum of 0-1 year of experience, with at least 1 year specifically as a receptionist or in a front office role.
• Demonstrated customer focus and a professional temperament.
• High level of proficiency in computer skills.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, with opportunities in both Rabigh and Makkah cities.
