About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Rotating Technician II to join our team in Rabigh. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the efficient maintenance, installation, and repair of rotating equipment and mechanical systems, adhering strictly to required industry standards.

Core Responsibilities

Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and effectively assemble the required teams.
Supervise all ongoing jobs, providing regular progress updates to the Foreman.
Organize and ensure the availability of manpower resources, necessary equipment, and materials.
Arrange all required work permits prior to commencing any work.
Provide technical advice and guidance to Technicians on the proper usage of tools and equipment.
Coordinate effectively with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to ensure job execution and completion.
Ensure accurate SAP data input, maintenance history, and actual hours are consistently recorded.
Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings to report on status and address issues.
Maintain strict compliance with all SATORP standards and established guidelines.
Ensure adherence to safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage in accordance with SATORP standards.
Actively encourage the reporting of Near Miss incidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts.
Participate in scheduled Safety audits to contribute to a secure work environment.
Attend all scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Well-organized and proactive approach, complemented by excellent communication skills.
Proven leadership capabilities, particularly within large organizations.

An ability to achieve business results effectively while working in a multi-cultural environment.
