KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Rotating Technician III to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time position is integral to maintaining rotating equipment in optimal condition and executing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks according to required standards. Role Overview and Objectives

The Rotating Technician III will play a key role in supervising maintenance activities and ensuring the operational integrity of mechanical systems. This position involves coordinating resources, providing technical guidance, and strictly adhering to safety and quality standards within an Oil & Gas maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials availability for tasks.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
• Provide technical advice to technicians on using proper tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are accurately maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of Near Misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participate in Safety audits.
• Attend Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.
