We are currently seeking a Rotating Technician I to join our team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Rotating Technician I is responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of rotating equipment. This role involves carrying out the installation, maintenance, and repair of various rotating equipment and mechanical systems, consistently adhering to required industry standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the necessary team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and material availability for tasks.
• Arrange necessary work permits before commencing any work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians on the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate effectively with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are accurately maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and proper PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage the reporting of Near Misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participate in Safety audits.
• Attend Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management within Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well-organized and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills.
