Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all maintenance activities. This role involves ensuring efficient operations, team performance, and adherence to maintenance procedures. The supervisor will play a key part in maintaining the operational integrity of the company's assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on maintenance procedures to determine the type and nature of required maintenance, and estimate the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks and duties to maintenance team members based on their capabilities and abilities, and monitor and evaluate their performance and achievements.
• Assess training needs for maintenance teams, develop their skills, or recommend enrollment in specialized training programs.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and oversee their implementation procedures.
• Classify, arrange, document, and save results and work reports.
• Prepare the overall work plan and program for the maintenance department.

Experience and Qualifications

• Required experience: 2-5 years in a relevant maintenance role.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a maintenance team.
• Experience in developing and implementing maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and material estimation.
• Skills in performance evaluation and training needs assessment.

Work Location and Type

This full-time position is based in Sakaka, Al-Jawf. The role requires on-site presence to effectively supervise maintenance operations.

Reporting and Documentation

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities. This includes classifying, arranging, and documenting results and work reports to ensure proper tracking and analysis of maintenance performance and costs.
