About the Showroom Sales Executive Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Executive for a full-time position in Sayhat, Eastern Region. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily showroom operations, and consistently achieving sales targets. The executive will be responsible for direct customer engagement, maintaining showroom standards, and adhering to established company policies and procedures.

Customer Engagement and Sales Performance

• Provide excellent customer reception and maintain a high level of service, addressing customer needs both before and after sales.
• Guide customers through product introductions, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with product and color coordination until invoicing and proper goods delivery.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally, attempting to resolve them and reporting them to the direct manager.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Supervise the showroom and its inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the showroom in an organized and clean state at all times, ensuring all marketing tools like brochures and catalogues are readily available.
• Secure adequate stock levels for all items, particularly fast-moving ones, by applying the policy for ordering from warehouses (minimum/maximum levels) and adhering to the first-in, first-out policy to avoid dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
• Maintain overall order and presentation within the showroom.

Operational Compliance and Reporting

• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required and ensure daily deposit of sales cash into the company’s account.
• Implement all company policies and instructions consistently.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Team Collaboration and Process Improvement

• Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure smooth operations.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop sales processes and enhance value.
• Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
