About Segadty and the Showroom Sales Specialist Role

Segadty is expanding its physical presence and is seeking a Showroom Sales Specialist to join our team in Ḩā’il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves representing the Segadty brand and delivering professional customer experiences within our retail showrooms. The role is based in Hail and focuses on direct customer engagement and sales support.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Showroom Sales Specialist plays a key role in the retail environment by interacting directly with customers and contributing to sales performance. This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service, promoting products, and ensuring the showroom operates efficiently. The specialist contributes to achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall customer journey with Segadty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service by welcoming and assisting all showroom visitors.
• Present and promote Segadty products effectively to support sales objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, ongoing promotions, and sales techniques.
• Ensure the showroom environment is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer transactions and accurately process payments.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to meet established sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in retail or showroom sales. Previous experience is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively promote products.
• Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
