About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is central to providing excellent customer service within our showrooms, ensuring customer needs are met from initial reception through to post-sales support. The representative will actively engage with customers, coordinate products, and uphold showroom standards.

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Greet customers warmly inside showrooms and maintain a high level of service.
• Meet customer needs, deliver goods, and provide comprehensive customer service both before and after sales.
• Follow up with customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, securing orders, calculating quantities, and assisting with color and product coordination.
• Achieve sales targets as per the established sales plan.
• Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform accordingly, considering required items and stock levels.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Oversee the invoicing process and ensure proper goods delivery, coordinating with all showroom staff including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Keep the showroom organized and clean at all times.
• Ensure all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
• Maintain a good stock of all items, especially fast-moving ones, to serve customers.
• Apply the policy for ordering from warehouses based on minimum and maximum stock levels, adhering to the first-in, first-out policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhere to depositing all sales cash amounts daily into the company’s account.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmentally sound methods.

Communication and Collaboration

• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain order within the showroom.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
