Role Overview: BIM Manager

AECOM is seeking a BIM Manager to join its team in Duba. This full-time position involves working under limited supervision and with project management oversight to deliver Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions specifically for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system.
• Develop 3D models using project specifications and content specific to water treatment facilities, distribution systems, and related infrastructure.
• Deliver direct project support and production for assigned water and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects.
• Create comprehensive drawings and models using industry standards and content to meet project requirements, including water treatment components, pumping stations, and pipeline systems.
• Coordinate with project management consultants and stakeholders to ensure BIM models align with project schedules, budgets, and water infrastructure design standards.
• Manage BIM documentation and model coordination across multidisciplinary teams involved in water infrastructure development and delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision while delivering BIM solutions.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling systems and 3D modeling.
• Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure projects is essential.
