نحن نبحث عن مشرف عمليات ذو خبرة للإشراف على خدمات الاستثمار وإدارة العقود في بيئتنا الصناعية المزدهرة. ستؤثر مساهماتك بشكل مباشر على نموّنا وكفاءتنا التشغيلية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إدارة خدمات المستثمرين والتنسيق مع المقاولين في المشروع.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والتشغيل.
  • إجراء فحوصات دورية للمرافق لتعزيز تدابير السلامة.
  • إعداد تقارير إدارية وفنية مفصلة.
  • تقديم عروض دورية لتمكين اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة.
  • المشاركة في ورش العمل واللجان المتعلقة بالتنمية الإقليمية.
  • تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر ضمن نطاق العمل.

المتطلبات:
  • درجة بكاليوس في تخصص الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة علاقات المستثمرين وعقود الخدمات.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية والقدرة على إعداد تقارير فنية مفصلة.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة مع الفرق الفنية.

وصف الوظيفة
  • دعم عمليات الميل الأوسط اليومية من خلال:
    • المساعدة في مراقبة تدفق الشحن، وحركة المركبات، وتنفيذ التسليم.
    • المساعدة في إدارة الاستثناءات التشغيلية مثل التأخيرات، والتسليمات الفاشلة، أو انحرافات الطريق.
  • تحسين العمليات والتحليل:
    • تطبيق أدوات الهندسة الصناعية لتحليل سير العمل، وأوقات الدورة، واستخدام الموارد.
    • دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر (اللين، كايزن، 5S، ورسم العمليات) من خلال المساعدة في تحديد كفاءات العمليات ومساعدة في تنفيذ التحسينات التشغيلية.
    • جمع وتحليل وتقديم بيانات التشغيل لتحديد فرص التحسين.
  • مراقبة الأداء والتقارير
    • تتبع المؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء مثل التسليم في الوقت المحدد، والإنتاجية، والاستخدام.
    • إعداد التقارير التشغيلية اليومية والأسبوعية باستخدام Excel أو أدوات التقارير.
متطلبات الوظيفة - الخبرة والتعليم
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية، إدارة العمليات، اللوجستيات، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل)
  • 0-1 سنة من الخبرة.
  • خريج جديد.
  • معرفة بالمفاهيم الأساسية للهندسة الصناعية (رسم العمليات، دراسات الوقت، مؤشرات الأداء).
  • فهم جيد لمبادئ اللين، كايزن، أو التحسين المستمر.
  • إتقان في MS Excel (الصيغ الأساسية، والجداول المحورية مفضلة).
  • القدرة على تفسير البيانات التشغيلية وإعداد التقارير.
