Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineer

About the Role

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking an experienced Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer to join our team in Turaif, Northern Frontier, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of MEP systems across various facilities management projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, planned preventive maintenance, and reactive maintenance for MEP systems.
• Oversee water treatment systems, including STP and RO plants, pumps, pumping stations, piping networks, swimming pools, and water features.
• Support the maintenance of solar systems and industrial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintenance plans, checklists, and technical reports.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality and health and safety standards.
• Supervise technical teams, identify training needs, and coordinate spare parts requirements.
• Oversee commissioning and handover of new or modified systems, supporting efficiency and energy savings initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems, with demonstrated experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, motors, motor drives, controls, and plumbing systems.
• Hands-on experience with STP and RO plants and associated water systems.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, planning, troubleshooting, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer skills.
