The Opportunity

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous facility operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in facilities management or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical panels, generators, plumbing networks, fire alarms, and firefighting systems.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, troubleshoot technical faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Direct and monitor the daily activities of in-house technicians and external subcontractors, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Identify spare parts and maintenance material requirements, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
• Ensure facility operations comply with applicable local regulations, safety codes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of four years of experience in facilities management or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
