About the Role

eXtra is seeking a Team Leader - Ops to join their team in Arar. This full-time role focuses on supporting store performance by driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated sales team. The Team Leader will contribute to achieving departmental KPIs, maintaining operational standards, and developing staff capabilities within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Lead and develop the sales team to enhance their capabilities and performance.
Drive sales of products and services to meet departmental targets.
Ensure effective visual merchandising standards are maintained.
Oversee safety and security protocols within the store.
Manage inventory effectively to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy.

Role Contribution

The Team Leader will play a direct role in supporting the store's overall performance. This involves actively contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, upholding established operational standards, and fostering the professional development of team members.
