About the Role

Edition Hotels is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team in Inak. This full-time role is central to ensuring the hotel's appearance and cleanliness, contributing directly to an exceptional guest experience. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on comprehensive housekeeping tasks that extend beyond basic room maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping duties, ensuring the entire hotel maintains its high standards of appearance and cleanliness. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all hotel areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests.
• Stocking and organizing housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Performing various housekeeping tasks as required to support hotel operations.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a professional appearance and communication at all times.
• Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately to guarantee guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and mobility within the hotel environment. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Engage in hands-on work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds (* kg) without assistance.
